Compliance Works is offering new legal support options for HR teams. Annual subscribers can now add legal advice and webinar packages to their Compliance Works subscriptions.
Most employers understand that the cost of not complying with employment laws can be high. Many Compliance Works subscribers told us that to ensure they are not missing anything, they would like to have access to a lawyer – to confirm their understanding of an issue or apply Compliance Works information to their fact scenario. Annual subscribers will now be able to opt into two subscription “add-ons” where they can get personalized advice from trained employment lawyers.

These add-ons are priced annually and can be combined at a discounted price.
Legal Advice Package
Compliance Works subscribers can get up to 30 minutes/month with a trained employment lawyer to clarify questions, receive legal advice specific to your situation, or review legal language in an HR policy or document. Legal advice is provided by an external law firm.*
The legal advice add-on is $1200 per year. For more information, see Explore and Pricing.
In addition, subscribers that add on the Legal Advice Package can receive more complex legal advice beyond the monthly 30 minutes, at a discounted price.
The Legal Advice Package is only available as an add-on for Compliance Works Small and Medium employer annual subscriptions, and can be combined with HR Law Webinars at a discounted price.
*Note: Legal advice requires completion of an intake form and retainer agreement with Wadden Law.
HR Law Webinars
All annual Compliance Works subscribers can get access to 2 one-hour HR Law Webinars per year for their HR team. Every webinar will have 45 minutes of important updates in HR law, presented by employment lawyers, plus 15 minutes of Q&A to ask specific legal questions.
